Hey, administrators and residents, wake up!
A few months ago, a surgical resident mentioned that one of the residents was post-call but had to stay late to complete the “fatigue module” before the deadline. Apparently, residents are now required by the hospital and residency program to answer a monthly questionnaire, which asks if during the previous four weeks they were likely to doze off or fall asleep while:
- sitting and reading;
- watching television;
- sitting
